Dear Sir or Madam,

Would you please be kind enough to supply the following
information:

The total number of planning applications for residential
accommodation granted by the City Council for the period 01 Aug 07
to today.

Of those can you please advise the number that were NOT required to
contribute to school places, transport infrastructure and off-site
open space as part of policies IM1 of the 2006 Kent and Medway
Structure Plan and IMP2 of the 2006 Canterbury District Local Plan
First Review. Please give the reasons why these developments were
exempt.

Yours faithfully,

Dear Colm Howard-Lloyd

Thank you for your recent enquiry concerning planning applications. I
can confirm that we don't specifically hold this info but it is all in
the public domain - you are welcome to come in and inspect all the
decision notices since August 2007 and compare this to the SPD on
Development Contributions - also in the public domain

If you are unhappy with the way your enquiry has been dealt with, you
may ask for an internal review through the council's 'comments and
complaints scheme', by e-mailing [email address]
<mailto:[email address]> or by following the procedure
set out in the council's website page. Alternatively you can telephone
Matthew Archer on 01227 862 175 or Janet Taylor on 01227 862 017.

If you are still dissatisfied after an internal review, you may appeal
to the Information Commissioner, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow
SK9 5AF.
