Dear Sonja,

Even if something is produced "in house", it must have had a cost
associated with it or are you suggesting Council staff are now
working for free?

Perhaps time has been allocated to a particular project code?
Perhaps there is a budget for the staff member/s who produced the
logo?

Yours sincerely,

r brown

Dear R Brown

In response to your further request for information, to develop and implement the Living City logo took approximately 5 days in total. Graphic designers are paid an average of £25k, the cost to the council is approx £33k including oncosts. Based on 225 working days this therefore equates to £733.33.
