Dear Sir of Madam,
The second phase of the Liverpool City Region's Multi Area
Agreement (MAA) was approved by the Council Executive at a meeting
on 5 June 2009 to be submitted to Government for agreement on 9
June 2009.[1]
Following my enquiries with the Council, I understand that numerous
earlier drafts and sections of this document have been in
circulation and in review with numerous Government departments for
at least 12 months, resulting in a great deal of input into its
final form.
Please may I be sent copies of all emails (including attached
documents containing drafts of chapters) exchanged between the
officers in charge of the production of this Liverpool City Region
Multi-Area Agreement (MAA) and civil servants within Department for
Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra).
