(a) addresses and rateable values of empty Commercial properties
that are within Ceredigion Council area; and

(b) the names of the owners of those properties referred to in (a)

(b) A list of properties in Aberystwyth owned by the Town Council

Dear Jim Griffiths,
Thank you for your eply,
I need a complete listing of properties or Corporate properties
owned by the Council in Aberystwyth.
It is not correct as you state that the council does not own porty
as indeed you are advertising property owned by the Council for
sale around the town.

Dear J Morris,
Your request stated

My answer IS correct as Aberystwyth Town Council does NOT own any property whatsoever in Aberystwyth.
Aberystwyth Town Council is NOT advertising ANY property for sale in Aberystwyth.
The properties you refer to are owned by Ceredigion County Council!
Please ensure that you are in possession of all the facts before you embark on accusations of inaccuracy.

This request has responses from both Ceredigion Council and Aberystwyth Town Council, which makes it slightly confusing to read.

Aberystwyth Town Council say they have no such properties.

Ceredigion Council have responded. You need to click "show quoted sections" to see their full response which says "Please find attached a list of empty commercial properties within the area covered by Ceredigion County Council"

Unfortunately the attachment is not present. I've checked the original email to be sure.

Please ensure that you are in possession of all the facts before you embark on accusations of inaccuracy.

Something to keep in mind perhaps!! I generally find its better to keep those who handle FOI requests onside!
