Dear Sir or Madam,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Westminster City
Council's handling of my FOI request 'List of Vacant Buildings
known to Westminster City Council'.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is

Under the Freedom of Information Act they are required to have
acted upon this request by now, in failing to do so Westminster
City Council are breaking the law.

I would like a review of their failure to even acknowledge the
request, let alone act upon it.
