Just had a call - they don't hold this information. It's held by each local authority. I've asked them to reply formally, just to add it to the site, but I consider this request closed.

Electoral Commission

Dear Mr. Eden,
Thank you for your query to the Electoral Commission and apologies for the delay in responding.
Under the Representation of the People Act 1983, it is the responsibility of the relevant council to designate polling places within their area and keep these under review. In designating polling places, the council must also have regard for the accessibility of disabled voters. The Returning Officer must then provide a sufficient number of polling stations within the designated polling places.
Unfortunately, the Electoral Commission would not have addresses of all polling stations across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland as you have requested. To find that information you would need to contact the Returning Officers at individual local councils as they are responsible for the conduct and organisation of the election in their areas including the designation of polling places.
I hope you find the information useful and please let me know if you require anything further.
Kind Regards
Iredia Oboh
