List of Derelict, Neglected or redundant Buildings

Dear Sir or Madam,

Please can you provide me with the following information under the
Freedom Of Information Act 2000:-

(a) Address of Derelict, Neglected or Redundant properties that are
within Shepway District Council area including properties on the
Buildings at Risk Register(BARR) and how long they have been empty;
and

(b) The names and address of the owners of those properties
referred to in (a).

If (b) interfere with anyone’s personal information then the
information requested in (a) will be sufficient.
