consultants that the trust uses on new builds and refurbishments.
Estates dept will probably hold this information.

Dear Mr Ayub,
Thank you for your request for information relating to UCLH NHS Foundation
Trust, received on 17 December 2008. You should receive a response by 29
January 2009 at the latest, complying with the 20 working days as
prescribed in the Act.
Occasionally, we may not be able to provide you with all the information
you require by that date, but if this is the case we will inform you,
stating the reason and the date by which we would hope to respond to your
request.
Under the Act, there are 23 exemptions that can be applied to the
information you request. This may mean that we do not have to supply some
or all of the information, and in certain circumstances, do not have to
tell you if we hold the information. If this happens, you will be told
which exemption applies.
Should your request require payment of a fee, we will inform you of the
cost. You must pay within 3 months. If you don't we are not obliged to
send you any of the information you requested.
If UCLH does not hold the information, but we know that another public
authority does, we can transfer the request on your behalf. Please let us
know if you do not want us to transfer your request to another public
authority. If you do not want us to transfer your request, we will
provide you with the contact details of the other authority and it will be
your responsibility to request the information from them yourself.
If you have any queries regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to
contact us.
