Dear Mr Ayub

I write with regard to your Freedom of Information request dated 17th
December 2008 relating to contractors and consultants that the Trust uses
on new builds and refurbishments.

First please may I apologies once again for not getting back to you
sooner.

Our Trust consists of two sites, Queen's Hospital and King George
Hospital.

I have obtained the information relating to Queen's Hospital.

With regard to King George Hospital, the Trusts current approved list of
contractors and consultants (2004-2008) is due for a full review this year
(2009) therefore any information supplied would now be out dated.

Therefore, do you require the current information, or would you prefer to
wait until the review is carried out.

Please let me know and I will process accordingly.

further to my email dated 27th March 2009, having re-contacted the
appropriate Department with regard to your outstanding request, I have now
been given some information.

I am advised this information is only held in paper format, and as I do
not have a scanner available to me, could you please provide a postal
address in order that I may send you the data?

The data concerns King George Hospital, as Queen's Hospital is a PFI
Hospital it does not have contractors, as any refurbishments are
maintained as part of the contracts with our partner organisations.
