(a) addresses and rateable values of Commercial properties that are
within your District Council up to a rateable value of £12,000 who
are eligible for, but not currently receiving small business rate
relief; and

(b) the names of the owners of those properties referred to in (a)

Dear Mr Woodley

I have received a response from my system support team who have advised
me that they would not be able to provide the report to me until
22/01/10 due to logistical issues. When i receive the report i will have
to edit the file to ensure you do not receive any sensitive data that
you are not entitled to

i will endeavour to have the report to you on or before 31 January
2010.

If this is going to cause a problem please contact me immediately
