Please can you provide me with the following information under the
Freedom Of Information Act 2000:-
(a) addresses and rateable values of Commercial properties that are
within your District Council up to a rateable value of £12,000 who
are eligible for, but not currently receiving small business rate
relief; and
(b) the names of the owners of those properties referred to in (a)

the Act and will not be released.
Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 allows us to withhold
information if it relates to someone other than the data subject and where
disclosing that information would contravene the principles of the Data
Protection Act 1998.
