Dear Sir or Madam

Re: List of commercial properties not receiving small business rate
relief

Please can you provide me with the following information under the
Freedom Of Information Act 2000:-

(a) addresses and rateable values of Commercial properties that are
within your District Council up to a rateable value of £12,000 who
are eligible for, but not currently receiving small business rate
relief; and

(b) the names of the owners of those properties referred to in (a)

Dear Mr Woodley

Further to my last email.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide a list of properties that are
eligible for SBRR. A number of proprietors may have business's outside
South Lakeland District Council. If this is the case they may not be
eligible. However as they have not applied we have no way of knowing if
they are eligible or not.

This information is passed to all Business Rate properties when we
mailshot them to see if they wish to apply for SBRR.

Could you please confirm if you require further information or if the
request can be closed.

Thankyou for your prompt reply, I understand the issue so here is
my modified request:

Re: List of commercial properties not receiving small business rate
relief

Please can you provide me with the following information under the
Freedom Of Information Act 2000:-

(a) addresses and rateable values of Commercial properties that are
within your District Council up to a rateable value of £12,000 not
currently receiving small business rate relief; and

(b) the names of the owners of those properties referred to in (a)

(c) and their 2005 & 2010 draft rateable values of those properties
referred to in (a)
