Re: List of commercial properties not receiving small business rate
relief
Please can you provide me with the following information under the
Freedom Of Information Act 2000:-
(a) addresses and rateable values of Commercial properties that are
within your District Council up to a rateable value of £12,000 who
are eligible for, but not currently receiving small business rate
relief; and
(b) the names of the owners of those properties referred to in (a)

I acknowledge receipt of your Freedom of Information dated the 2nd
January 2010 regarding commercial properties not receiving small business
rate relief.
Salford Council will endeavour to provide you with the information
requested
Your request may take up to 20 working days to be processed
Please be advised that if an exemption applies to the information
requested, the statutory period may be exceeded in accordance with the
provisions of the Act.
Please also note that a charge may be applicable. You will be advised of
this in due course. If a charge is made , the clock will stop in respect
of the 20 working days, until the fee is received
