Re: List of commercial properties not receiving small business rate
relief

Please can you provide me with the following information under the
Freedom Of Information Act 2000:-

(a) addresses and rateable values of Commercial properties that are
within your District Council up to a rateable value of £12,000 who
are eligible for, but not currently receiving small business rate
relief; and

(b) the names of the owners of those properties referred to in (a)

Rate Relief for the period 1st April 2007 to 31st March 2010 is the
30th September 2010.

Dear Mr Woodley

The latest guidelines from the government state that an application for
Small Business Rate Relief must be received no later than 30/09 in the
financial year following the end of the valuation period, so what you have
said is correct.
