Dear Mr Ovens

Have you managed to access the documents yet or do you require a paper copy? I am afraid there is no other way of getting them.

I do not know if you have tried it but instead of putting the whole string of characters into your search engine you could log onto the Council's website and try building up the full address a bit at a time.
