Dear Sir or Madam,
Please provide all documents associated with: 'link officer courses
that the Local Government Ombudsman's offices run specifically to
improve communication between authorities and the Ombudsman when
dealing with complaints'
Please additionally identify the dates the courses have been held
over the last four years, which Council's have attended, the course
content, the cost of the course and the prophet made by the LGO's
and CLAE, and all associated costs (i.e. tea and biscuits, etc).
Finally please identify the name and/or job function of all local
authority officers that hold the position of LGO link officer with
the LGO /CLAE.
