I would be grateful for the following information:

1. All written information and telephone and internet logs and
summaries regarding the installation and maintenance of the lift
located at the corner of Silk Street and Moor Lane connecting the
street with the podium of the Barbican.

2. Any and all written agreements concerning the construction and
maintenance of that lift including penalty clauses.

3. All and any written communication concerning the break downs of
the lift including E Mails and logs of telephone conversations.

4. Dates and nature of site visits by City of London Corporation
officials on their own and in company with others.
