Dear Mr Scott
In response to your question whether the CPS can see your annotation, it is unlikely unless they actively seek whatdotheyknow and find

http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/annotate/r...

However, if you want to respond to the CPS, you can find UNDER their Grey response, an option for you to Reply [Neil Scott only]

You can also request an Internal Review doing this.

Whatdotheyknow team can be contacted who are really helpful in answering questions.

With best wishes

How does he reply to this if his account is suspended?

Bit pointless as requests go. He will have been supplied the statements of the witnesses before trial. As for their actual testimony, he will have to contact the court who, if they still have it, will supply it at what used to be approximately £100 an hour. I suspect that it is considerably more as those figures are about 10 years old.
