Dear Mr Vassey

Thank you for your request dated 12 July 2008 for information under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA) for the minutes of meetings between the team which drafted the Bill that became the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 and representatives of Licensing Boards after publication of the Bill on 28 February 2005 and before the Stage 3 Debate on 16 November 2005.

Under section 25 of the Act, we are not required to provide information in response to a request if it is already reasonably accessible to you. The information you requested is available on the Scottish Government website in two areas, firstly for the Transition Team which consisted of representatives of the Licensing Boards.
