Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to ask for a list of persons or organisations which
have applied to you for a licence to carry out commercial,
charitable or religious activities on either of New Quay's beaches,
the activities to take place on dates between 1st January 2009 to
31st December 2009.

Please could you include in the list whether the application was
successful and any reason given for rejecting the application.

Dear Sir or Madam,

You have not responded to my recent FoI request 'Licencing of
activities on New Quay beach, 2009' within the 20 day deadline
specified by law.

You have therefore broken the law and I am asking you to respond to
this request straight away, and conduct an immediate internal
review.

I will not hesitate to take this matter to the Information
Commissioner.
