Dear Essex County Council,
Freedom of Information request
For the 2008/2009 financial year please provide the following
information firstly for each individual library in Essex and
secondly the totals for the whole of Essex:
1) The amount of money collected in the financial year per each
library by means of fines on late returned books, DVD's, Video's
etc
2) The amount of outstanding unpaid fines in the financial year per
each library.
