Dear Sir or Madam,

During the last five years how many times has the Local Government
Ombudsman (as a result of investigating a complaint against
Breckland District Council brought to the attention of the council
the fact that a member of Barking & Breckland District Council
staff had misled them, lied to them or done anything else to hinder
their investigation. If they have what disciplinary action was
taken
against the individual(s) concerned by the council.

Dear Allen, Sue,

Sorry about the mistake in my FOI request. I had just submitted a
Freedom of Information request to Barking and thought I would save
time copying and pasting the request and just changing the name of
the council. It would appear that I inadvertently left Barking in
part of the request when I typed in the name of your council. Sorry
about that.

Yours sincerely,

Yours sincerely,

Trevor R Nunn
