LGO investigations.

Trevor R Nunn made this Freedom of Information request to Bradford City Council

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Bradford City Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

From: Trevor R Nunn

7 January 2009

Dear Sir or Madam,

During the last five years how many times has the Local Government
Ombudsman (as a result of investigating a complaint against
Bradford City Council) brought to the attention of the council the
fact that a member of Bradford City Council staff had misled them,
lied to them or done anything else to hinder their investigation.
If they have what disciplinary action was taken against the
individual(s) concerned by the council.

Yours faithfully,

Trevor R Nunn
