Dear Sir or Madam,

During the last five years how many times has the Local Government
Ombudsman (as a result of investigating a complaint against
Bracknell Forest Borough Council) brought to the attention of the
council the fact that a member of Bracknell Forest Borough Council
staff had misled them, lied to them or done anything else to hinder
their investigation. If they have what disciplinary action was
taken against the individual(s) concerned by the council.

Dear Mr Nunn

Records of Local Government Ombudsman cases are retained centrally for
two years. In the two years ending 31 December 2008, there were no cases
where the Local Government Ombudsman informed Bracknell Forest Council
that the Council has misled them, lied to them or done anything else to
hinder any investigation.
