Dear Sir or Madam,

During the last five years how many times has the Local Government
Ombudsman (as a result of investigating a complaint against North
Dorset District Council) brought to the attention of the council
the fact that a member of North Dorset District Council staff had
misled them, lied to them or done anything else to hinder their
investigation. If they have what disciplinary action was taken
against the individual(s) concerned by the council.

we responded to your request, in full, two days after receipt in January
2009. You then made the same request in July 2009 and this is now the

As can be clearly observed via the link below the email you now
assert you sent on the 14th January was never received. That is why
I made a further request. But in any event there is no excuse for
ignoring my request for an internal review. The least you could
have done at that time is told me what you are now belatedly
telling me.
