A Freedom of Information request to Bedfordshire County Council by Trevor R Nunn
Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Bedfordshire County Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Sir or Madam,
During the last five years how many times has the Local Government
Ombudsman (as a result of investigating a complaint against
Bedfordshire County Council) brought to the attention of the
council the fact that a member of Bedfordshire County Council staff
had misled them, lied to them or done anything else to hinder their
investigation. If they have what disciplinary action was taken
against the individual(s) concerned by the council.
Yours faithfully,
Trevor R Nunn
