I refer to your request for information, as below. I have received the
following information from our Legal Section.

We can confirm that over the last five years the Local Government
Ombudsman (as a result of investigating a complaint against Kerrier
District Council) has never brought to the attention of the council the
fact that a member of Kerrier District Council staff had misled them, lied
to them or done anything else to hinder their investigation and therefore
no disciplinary action has been taken.

Dear Sir or Madam,

During the last five years how many times has the Local Government

Ombudsman (as a result of investigating a complaint against Kerrier

District Council) brought to the attention of the council the fact
