(1) How many Local Government Act Part III Section 32(3) notices
has your council served on a Local Government Ombudsman.

(3) How many times has the Ombudsman concerned found the council
guilty of maladministration for misusing a Section 32(3) notice.

with the Local Government Ombudsman. Your request was received on 12

I am writing in respect of your enquiry for information held by this
Authority received on 12 October 2009 and to confirm that we have
completed the search for the information that you requested.

I can confirm that during the last five years the Council has not served
any Local Government Act Part III Section 32(3) notices on the Local
Government Omubudsman. The Ombudsman has not found the Council guilty
of maladministration for misusing a Section 32(3) notice.
