Dear Mr Nunn

RE: FOI request - LG Act 1974 Part III Section 32(3) notices (our ref:
RQ000777)

Wyre Borough Council holds none of the information you require. This is
because over the last 5 years the council has never served such a notice
on the Local Government Ombudsman and therefore no cases of
maladministration against this Council have ever been pursued with regards
to misusing a Section 32(3) notice.

Yours faithfully
Colin Bedford, FOI Officer

Wyre Borough Council

Notes: If you are unhappy about the above response to your request you may
ask for an internal review. You should email me directly if you wish to
complain. The internal review would be carried out independently by
another council. If you are not content with the outcome of the internal
review, you have the right to apply directly to the Information
Commissioner for a decision. The Information Commissioner can be contacted
at Information Commissioner's Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane,
Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF. In the case of environmental information you
have the right to appeal to an information tribunal following the
Commissioner's decision.
