October 2009. In that request, you asked for the following information:
Over the last five years
(1) How many Local Government Act Part III Section 32(3) notices
has your council served on a Local Government Ombudsman.
(2) How many times has the Ombudsman concerned found the council
guilty of maladministration for misusing a Section 32(3) notice.
I am pleased to provide the following information:
We have interpreted your request to be Section 32(3) of the Local
Government Act Part III (1974). If this is the case then the answers to
the above questions are both nil. If this is not the relevant Local
Government Act then please contact me and I will be happy to investigate
this again.
