has your council served on a Local Government Ombudsman.
(3) How many times has the Ombudsman concerned found the council
guilty of maladministration for misusing a Section 32(3) notice.

Further to your request for information:
1) How many Local Government Act Part III Section 32(3) notices has your
council served on a Local Government Ombudsman
&
2) How many times has the Ombudsman concerned found the council guilty of
maladministration for misusing a Section (32)3 notice.
As far as I am aware, the Council has issued no such notices, and
therefore the answer to 2) is also none.
I trust that this satisfactorily answers your request. However, if you
have any complaints in respect of your information request, please write
to the Complaints Monitoring Officer at the above address or complete the
on-line complaint form that can be found at [1]www.testvalley.gov.uk.
If your complaint is not resolved to your complete satisfaction, you have
