Dear Mr Nunn
Thank you for your email of 18 December 2009 regarding your FOI request
of 9 October 2009.
I have checked our database of requests and we have no record of having
received this request. I presume that, as with previous requests you
have submitted, you would have addressed it to the Council's 'info info'
mailbox which means that it should have been forwarded onto the
Communications Unit for processing.
We will now undertake an internal review to investigate what has
happened in this instance and will also reply to your request as soon as
possible.

Further to my email of 21 December 2009, please see below the details
requested in your Freedom of Information request of 9 October 2009.
1. How many Local Government Act Part III Section 32(3) notices has
your council served on a Local Government Ombudsman?
None.
2. How many times has the Ombudsman concerned found the council guilty
of maladministration for misusing a Section 32(3) notice?
N/A (see reply to Q1 above).
With regard to an internal review of the Council's failure to respond
to your original request within 20 working days, I would be grateful if
you could confirm how you submitted this request (ie by post, via the
Council website, or to a specific email address). Once we have these
details we will be able to investigate more fully.
