Dear Sir or Madam,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of South Tyneside
Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'LG Act 1974 Part III
Section 32(3) notices'.
Said notices are (legal) statutory in nature and as such would have
been issued by your legal department. Therefore, there is no need
to search all your different department complaint files all you
need to do is ask your legal department how many notices they have
issued.
In addition it is the monitoring officer's,(usually a position held
by head of legal) statutory and constitutional responsibility to
bring to the attention of the council the fact that they have been
found guilty of maladministration, therefore, they will also have
the information for the second part of my FOI request.
No more nonsense please, just give me the information requested or
a better excuse for not doing so.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is
available on the Internet at this address:

Yours faithfully,
Trevor R Nunn
