(3) How many times has the Ombudsman concerned found the council

Question 1: The records we hold date back to October 2007 and from those records I can confirm we have served 2 notices.

Question 2: We have no record of the Ombudsman finding the council guilty of maladministration for misusing a Section 32(3) notice over the last 5 years.
