Dear Mr Nunn
Thank you for your enquiry but in order to assist you with the correct
response I wonder if you are able to clarify your request in more detail.
We are not aware of any Section 32 (3) of any local government act that
relates to notices to an ombudsman.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Dear Julia Crocker,
If you read the 1974 Local Government Act you will note that Part
III refers to the Local Government Ombudsman otherwise known as the
Commission for Local Administration. If you then look at Section 32
subsection 3 you will find the notices I refer to when I say LG Act
Part III Section 32(3) notices. Your legal department should have a
copy of the said Act but it is also available on line. If you are
still having problems finding a copy of the said Act if you let me
know I will send you a copy.
Yours sincerely,
Trevor R Nunn
