search for the information you requested on 11 October 2009.

In your request you asked for the following information:

Over the last five years

(1) How many Local Government Act Part III Section 32(3) notices has your
council served on a Local Government Ombudsman.

(3) How many times has the Ombudsman concerned found the council guilty of
maladministration for misusing a Section 32(3) notice.

Response:

In response to your recent Freedom of Information request relating to the
use of s32(3), Local Government Act 1974, the answer to both of your
questions 1 and 3 is none. There does not appear to be a question 2 in
your request.
