I acknowledge your request for access to information under the Freedom of
Information Act 2000 as detailed above.

Under the Act the Council has 20 working days to comply with your request,
subject to any Exemptions that may apply. The What Do They Know website
states that the response to your request must be received by no later than
6 November but, as your request is dated 11 October, I would point out
that this deadline will actually expire on 9 November 2009.
