Dear Mr Nunn

'You have failed to respond to my FOI request within the mandatory
time period and failed to respond to my request for an internal
review in a timely fashion or at the very least given me an
explanation for any delay. If I do not get an answer to my FOI
request within the next ten days I will submit a complaint to the
ICO.'

Firstly, please accept my aopolgies for this authority not responding to your request before now. I was under the mistaken impression that a reply had been sent directly to you by another officer. Clearly this is not the case and I have looked into the reason for this and will ensure there is a more thorough regime for checking responses have been sent to requests.

I can confirm that the answer to parts 1 and 3 of your request (I note there is no part 2) is none.

Once again, please accept my sincere apologies. If I can be of any further help, please get in touch with me personally.

Kind regards
Paul
