(1) How many Local Government Act Part III Section 32(3) notices
has your council served on a Local Government Ombudsman.
(3) How many times has the Ombudsman concerned found the council
guilty of maladministration for misusing a Section 32(3) notice.

Dear Mr. Nunn,
Over the last five years, Gloucestershire County Council as not served any Local Government Act Part III Section 32(3) notices
on a Local Government Ombudsman.
There has been NO instances of the Ombudsman finding the council guilty of maladministration for misusing a Section 32(3) notice.
If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the right to ask for an internal review. Internal review requests should be submitted within two months of the date of receipt of the response to your original letter and should be addressed to: Victoria Wathen, Gloucestershire County Council, Shire Hall, Gloucester GL1 2TG.
Please remember to quote the reference number above in any future communications.
If you are not content with the outcome of the internal review, you have the right to apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a decision. The Information Commissioner can be contacted at: Information Commissioner’s Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF.
