Dear Sir or Madam,
I am aware that Mr Alan Campbell was approached by North Tyneside Monitoring Officer in relation to questions being asked by members of the public regarding funding paid to the Wallsend Peoples Centre. Mr Campbell responded to her questions about myself for personal information. I have requested a copy of the letter from the said monitoring officer from Mr Campbell who has refused to give me a copy. So I want a copy of all recent letters from Mr Campbell to and from North Tyneside Council Officers, the Elected Mayor and any other Councillors relating to personal information about me.

Yours faithfully,

Dear Sir or Madam,

I recently faxed the Prime Minister and made him aware of problems on North Tyneside and I received a letter stating that he would take it up with his Cabinet. I am still awaiting a response. So I would like any copies of minutes or letters where this has been raised with the Prime Minister to members of his Cabinet or with Mr Alan Campbell or Stephen Byers MP's

Yours sincerely,

Terry Harding

Dear Sir or Madam,
May I remind you that I made a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 on the 16th July 2008 which is now overdue. As I have raised this matter with the MP in question and the Local Authority, including the Prime Minister, who responded by stating that he had asked for a response from the Cabinet, perhaps I am correct in my assumption that the Government Offices have something to hide. I am now making this request a formal appeal as required and expect you to respond in the correct manner

Yours sincerely,

Terry Harding

Dear CONTACTUS,
I spoke to John Powell and informed him that what I asked for was not the responsibility of the Council, it was the responsibility of Department for Communities and Local Government. I also reminded him that I had made an application for a copy of the letter to Alan Campbell who refused point blank, I also made the same request to Stephen Byers, asking him to get a copy as it referred to questions about his constituent. He also told me to ask the Council. I then went to the Prime Minister who informed me that he was concerned and would raise it with the Cabinet, I am still awaiting a response.

I wonder what the letter contains and why so many people are frightened of its contents? As for this new service, I would comment that it does nothing that an individual cannot do legally anyway, but it publicly shows that authorities are ignoring the law and the IC is not doing his job. Perhaps you should ask him why.

Yours sincerely,

Terry Harding
