I would like to request the monthly statistics on the IPS's
correspondence for the period October 2007 to September 2008,
specifically including:

- A complete listing of the "themes" allocated to letters

- The number of letters allocated to each theme

Very interesting. Note that there is a "wants an id card" category but no "doesn't want an id card" category. Stats fail?
