Act), for "copies of the 'exchange of letters' with the Consumers
Association on 30 November 2001"

Following a search of our paper and electronic records I am writing to
tell you that we do not hold the information you are seeking. The reason
for this is that the information that you have requested is over 7 years
old and has been destroyed in line with our Records Management Retention
policy in respect of our Consumer records
