Dear Sir or Madam,

Regarding the below why don't you employ people who can resolve
fairly rather than deliberately delay ?Does Dept Transport not know
HIGHWAYS LAW or access it ?Why should I endure damage to car
because Police don't want to record crime and they asssist even
when dyspraxic . What is the point of this appalling call centre
useless enquiry line.
So request Internal Review .Do you examine yourselves also
unfairly?

I am writing regarding your request for information, which I
received on 28th May 2009. In that request, you asked us for:

“Is it legal for a skip lorry to block the road so one can't turn
round? My disabled Kangoo van/car carrying disabled scooter has had
its rear windscreen wiper knocked off by a lampost painted black
[camouflaged] because road so narrow. Why do police not want to
know say civil and firm Brewers couldn't care less I shouldn't have
to suffer their illegal? practice nor be out of pocket as a
result.”

I will be unable to proceed with your request without clarification
of the information you wish to receive. Can you please confirm
exactly what information you are requesting from us as a Central
Government Department under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I
must advise that we are unlikely to hold information on the
