There has been no response, thus far, to the request for
information.
Perhaps you could remind the relevant department (finance?) that
the response to a request should be 'prompt' and 20 days is the
maximum, unless there is a good reason.

'legal basis' in due course

I requested details of the charges covering the period leading up
to Jan 2009 (together with the legal basis for the charges)
You have supplied details relating to the period beginning Jan 2009
so perhaps you could now supply details for the period Jan
2008-December 2008 (together with the legal basis for the charges)

Dear Mr Schiller please find attached details of charges for the period
Jan 08 - Dec 08 (1 boat).

Our legal basis for charges is:

(i) the setting of the Councils Annual Rate.
(2) the adoption of the tarrifs for services which takes place annually
(last time was 20 April 2009).
