Dear Sophie Dimmock,
You stated in your letter of 11 February that "We expect to be able
to provide a response to you by no later than 11 March 2010,
however, we will endeavour to respond at the first available
opportunity."
However, I have still not had a response from you, or indeed any
explanation of the further delay. We are now at 16 March, which is
well beyond the extension that you previously indicated.
Yours sincerely,
L. Lluva
