Dear Sir or Madam,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of
Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Ministry of Justice's
handling of my FOI request 'Lawful Authority'. This is because a
response is overdue and I have as yet had no correspondance from
the MoJ.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is
available on the Internet at this address:

Dear Data Access & Compliance Unit,

I would have thought that the Ministry of Justice would have been
the more appropriate department for the source of a legal matter.
Are you saying that the Ministry of Justice does not hold the
information?

Yours sincerely,

D Blackman
