With regard to your freedom of information requests in respect of the
following companies:

Balli Aviation Limited - 6034740 (our ref FOI 32/02/10)

Balli Holdings Limited - 1919104 (our ref FOI 33/02/10

Balli Financial Services Limited - 6034714 (our ref FOI 34/02/10)

You have requested copies of default notices sent by Companies House and
other correspondence between Companies House and the directors of these
companies. Before I can disclose the information you have requested I
will have to ask permission from any third parties concerned. Under the
Code of Practice as required by Section 45 of the Freedom of Information
Act 2000, we are obliged to consult third parties before divulging any
information. This gives them the opportunity to object to such disclosure
and provide reasons as to why they consider the information should be
exempt. I should point out however that the ultimate decision on
disclosure lies with Companies House and not the company. Details of this

I refer to my colleagues email to you on 10 March 2010, to which we do not
seem to have received a reply?

Mrs Lumsden has requested your permission to disclose your identity as the
applicant in this enquiry.

I should explain that we have asked for your permission as, from
experience in these matters, we often find that third parties need to
know the applicants identity, as sometimes this is a factor in whether or
