In light of the above High Court ruling, can you email me
information to confirm you will now be using Social Workers to
review Pathway Plans provided to Care Leavers who are Asylum
Seeking Children?
"Nusha Mansuri, policy officer at the British Association of Social
Workers (BASW) said she hoped the ruling would become a "landmark
judgement for care leavers and their right to be supported by a
social worker until they are 21, or in some cases 24."
