Dear Sir or Madam,
I live at 8 Milgrove Crescent, High Green,Sheffield,
I have recently been informed that you have secretly sold the
freehold to the land my house and other peoples houses in the area.
Under The Freedom Of Information Act 2000 I wish the following
information:-
1. When the land was sold.
2. How much land was sold
3. Who it was sold to and what price was achieved.
4. What costs where incurred disposing of this asset.
5. Copies of the minutes of the meetings where the sale of this
land was decided.
6. Who decided to sell and why, especially when the leases were
under the 80 year rule.
7. The name of the councillors involved with the sale.
I will look forward to your reply within the 20 day rule.
