with details of any land contamination reports you may have in
relation to the Chaulden area.

Dear Mr Cartwright
I write in response to your Freedom of Information request dated 15
January 2010 regarding land contamination reports for the Chaulden area.
Please note that for the purpose of your enquiry, I have assumed that the
Chaulden area comprises the area within the red line on the attached map.
I have looked through the Council’s Environmental Health Division
records for this area and I can find no details of any land contamination
reports for this area. I have also checked the Council’s Planning
Department electronic records for planning applications received between
1999 and 2010. Again I can find no details of any land contamination
reports as part of these records.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you require any clarification of
the above or if you have any other queries.
